Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Standard shipping within the United States is $5.00.  
  • Orders take 1-4 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out. 
  • Max and Addy is not responsible for

                  - Products that are lost or damaged in the mail.  USPS is responsible once the package is shipped. 

                  - A package that is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time.  If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS directly.  We will not refund  additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

  • If your tracking confirms that your item has been delivered, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS directly to investigate the issue.  We cannot be held accountable for packages that are not delivered to the order address.

 Please read the following and make sure your item is eligible for return.

Returns:

  • Max and Addy does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available. 
  • You have 14 days after delivery date to return for store credit. 
  • Store credit never expires 
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
  • ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY/TIGHTS, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
    • Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.

Damages/Defective Items

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment.  If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and will issue a refund for the purchase.
  • Please contact us immediately at holland@maxandaddy.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area.  Please include your name and order number.
  • Damaged/defective items reported after 3 days of receiving can be returned for store credit up to 14 days of original shipment date.  Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer after the 3 day mark.

Exchanges

  • If you would like a different size or color, please contact us to see if it is available by email or sending a message through socials.
