Shipping & Returns
- All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Hats, and Gift Cards are final sale.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
- All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment. If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and will issue a refund for the purchase.
- Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your name and order number.
- Damaged/defective items reported after 3 days of receiving can be returned for store credit up to 14 days after original shipment date. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer after the 3 day mark.
- Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued(less any shipping paid).
