Shipping & Returns
- Standard shipping within the United States is $3.00. Shoes, depending on the size and weight, are $8.00 - $10.00 to ship.
- Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out.
- Max and Addy is not responsible for
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. USPS is responsible once the package is shipped.
- A package that is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS directly. We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
- If your tracking confirms that your item has been delivered, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages that are not delivered to the order address.

Please read the following and make sure your item is eligible for return.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date or day you receive local pickup email.
- Jewelry, Intimates, Hair Accessories, Hats, and Gift Cards are final sale.
- Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for return.
- Items that are discounted 25% or more are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
- All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment. If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and will issue a refund for the purchase.
- Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your name and order number.
- Damaged/defective items reported after 3 days of receiving can be returned for store credit up to 14 days of original shipment date. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer after the 3 day mark.
- Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued(less any shipping paid).
