Shipping & Returns


  • All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Hats, and Gift Cards are final sale.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Damages/Defective Items

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment.  If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and will issue a refund for the purchase.
  • Please contact us immediately at holland@maxandaddy.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area.  Please include your name and order number.
  • Damaged/defective items reported after 3 days of receiving can be returned for store credit up to 14 days after original shipment date.  Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer after the 3 day mark.


  • Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.  A refund for the original item will be issued(less any shipping paid).
